【岗位职责】
1、工作时保持正确的仪表仪容，举止行为要规范，服务用语要符合要求，要严格按程序工作。
2、对客人应礼貌问候，并为客人引路，至总台登记，然后将客人送至客房，将其行李放在行李架上，介绍房内设施，有礼貌地道别。
3、对团队行李应严格按程序进行装卸、收取与运送，认真填写各种行李单。
4、保管客人临时寄存的行李。
5、为来访者寻找要找的人，完成客人委托代办事项(如邮件、购物等等)。
6、将各种物件、报纸、邮件按客人和店内部门进行分类，然后按有关程序递送。
7、负责客人留言单的交送。
8、协助客人包裹、行李的搬运。
9、负责度假村大厅各种告示牌的更新工作。
10、注意大厅内的整洁与安全，发现问题及时反馈至有关部门。
11、完成领班交给的任务，听从其安排，接受其监督。
12、严格遵守度假村有关规章制度，执行外事纪律。
【岗位要求】
1、大专学历或同等文化程度。
2、能进行英语日常会话，开展对客服务。
3、具有良好的沟通协调能力及服务意识，反应灵敏。
