新能凤凰（滕州）能源有限公司是2008年3月8日注册成立的合资公司，注册资本金12亿元。公司坐落于鲁南煤化工高科技工业园区，紧邻京沪铁路、京福高速公路、104国道和京杭大运河，交通条件十分便利。
公司生产能力为年产72万吨甲醇，目前两条生产线已建成投产。项目是山东省重点项目，枣庄、滕州重点招商引资项目，地方煤炭转化利用的标志性工程。公司占地985亩，投资37.8亿元，以高硫煤为原料、洁净煤技术为核心，采用国内获得专利的自主知识产权煤化工技术，实现多联产、节能减排、清洁生产。
