Chongqing Gongyuan Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd. was established in February 2007. It obtained the Grade B qualification for engineering cost consulting enterprises in July 2007, and the Grade A qualification in June 2010. The company is located in Yuzhong District, Chongqing, with an office area of approximately 550 square meters.
The company possesses strong professional technical strength and modern office equipment. Currently, it has 45 professional and technical personnel, including 6 with senior technical titles. There are 14 registered cost engineers, 25 nationally registered cost auditors, 2 economists, 5 judicial appraisal personnel, and 10 bidding practitioners.
According to industry characteristics, the company has set up a standard review department directly managed by the general manager, and the First Engineering Cost Department and the Second Engineering Cost Department managed by the deputy general manager. Each department is equipped with professionals in civil engineering, municipal engineering, decoration, installation, etc., with clear division of labor and mutual competition and cooperation.
