平凉市宏泰热电有限公司背压式热电联产项目是甘肃省平凉市崇信县围绕煤炭清洁高效利用产业链引进的市列重大招商项目，概算总投资3.63亿元，建设用地120.88亩，分两期实施。一期工程安装175高温高压循环流化床锅炉配17.5背压式汽轮发电机组;二期工程安装1150+175高温高压循环流化床锅炉配115+17.5背压式汽轮发电机组，并配套建设脱硫、脱硝、除尘设施，工业蒸汽管网、民用供热管网以及电力接入系统等工程。该项目建成后可满足供热区域内企业生产用汽和民用采暖热负荷，对完善工业集中区基础设施建设、提升园区承载能力具有积极推动作用。投产后，预计可吸纳就业人员100多人，年实现销售收入2亿元，年缴纳税金1000万元。
