双桥酒，始于唐朝，盛于明清。唐·《唐国史补》记载了开元至长庆年间的天下名酒：“酒则有郢州之富水，乌程之若下，荥阳之土窟春，富平之石冻春，剑南之烧春。”据民国五年《郑县志》记载，大约始于唐，盛于明清清代，距今已有600余年历史，也是《郑县志》中*被列入地产酒的产品。郑州解放以后，由国营金泉酒厂，利用双桥村传统技艺生产双桥酒。上世纪七八十年代的郑州，凭两张酒票方可购得一瓶双桥大曲，后因经营不善倒闭，让本地老饕们痛惜不已。而现在，双桥酒也屡获非物质文化遗产,豫酒（郑州）名片，河南老字号，中原历史文化白酒等殊荣。作为郑州地方品牌，双桥酒立志要将百年非遗工艺传承下去，让更多的人可以品尝优质的郑州本地酒。
