ThyssenKrupp Engine Systems (Changzhou) Co., Ltd. ("VTC") is a wholly-owned subsidiary established by ThyssenKrupp (China) Investment Co., Ltd. It was founded on October 25, 2012, with a registered capital of 13 million euros and a total investment of 38 million euros. The main product is camshafts.
