任职要求：
1. 熟练使用Mentor/Synopsys工具，熟练使用tcl/python等脚本语言
2. 掌握BSCAN/SCAN/MBIST/LBIST相关DFT电路知识，掌握时序分析方法
3. 有ATPG、仿真验证经验，能够独立分析问题
4. 了解IP(PLL/Sensor/PCIE/HBM/FUSE/…)基本功能及测试方法
5. 了解测试相关知识及分析方法
