岗位职责：
负责公司核心业务系统的前后端全栈开发与单元测试，独立完成模块级功能设计与编码实现；
参与需求评审与技术方案讨论，负责前后端接口联调，协助编写接口文档、设计文档等技术产出；
负责后端 API 接口开发、数据库表结构设计，以及前端页面的开发与交互实现；
负责日常系统运维与问题排查，独立处理线上常见故障，参与复杂问题定位与修复；
遵循公司编码规范与研发流程，参与前后端代码评审，持续提升代码质量与系统稳定性；
与产品、测试、运维等团队高效协作，按时保质完成全栈开发任务；
参与系统部署、发布上线及后续迭代维护，配合客户现场技术支持（短期出差）。

任职要求：
大专及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、信息安全等相关专业，1-3 年 Java 全栈开发经验；
后端能力：Java 基础扎实，熟悉面向对象编程，熟练掌握集合、IO、多线程、反射等核心机制，了解 JVM 基本原理；熟练使用 Spring Boot、MyBatis 等主流后端框架；
前端能力（必备）：熟练掌握 HTML5、CSS3、JavaScript（ES6+），熟练使用 Vue.js 全家桶（Vue2/Vue3、Vuex/Pinia、Vue Router、Axios），能独立完成前端页面开发；
熟悉 MySQL/Oracle 等关系型数据库，掌握 SQL 编写与基本优化，有达梦等国产数据库经验者优先；
了解 Redis、Kafka、Nginx 等常用中间件的基本使用；
熟练使用 Linux 常用命令，掌握 Git、Maven、Jenkins 等版本控制与构建工具；
具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作意识，工作认真负责，能接受短期客户现场出差。
