平潭综合实验区两岸人才职业培训学校成立于2022年6月，是由平潭实业发展集团和福建省人力资源发展集团共同组建的区人才公司子公司，以技能提升为核心，以推荐就业为导向，围绕“政企校”三位一体进行战略合作，开启海峡两岸职业技能培训及认定、继续教育、专题培训、台胞“培训考证+就业推荐”的系统服务，为两岸和各企事业单位提供培训外包、培训咨询、方案设计、师资聘请、培训设施设备资源整合服务，推动各类人员能力提升和就业推荐全链条服务。目前具有培训企业人力资源管理师、劳动关系协调员、育婴员、保育员、健康管理师、养老护理师、电子商务、物流、互联网营销师、全媒体运营师、人工智能训练师等资质。
