岗位职责：
1.智能体核心系统开发:
.设计并实现分布式智能体框架，支持多模态交互（文本 / 语音 / 图像）与动态任务规划，基于 LangChain、AutoGen 等工具链构建可扩展的智能体协作网络。
.开发智能体提示词（Prompt）工程平台，支持思维链（Chain of Thought）、动态上下文控制等复杂提示逻辑，优化长对话场景下的语义连贯性。
2.多模态数据处理与服务集成:
.构建智能体多模态数据管道，处理实时音视频流、传感器数据等异构输入，结合 RAG（检索增强生成）技术实现知识图谱与大模型的深度融合。
基本要求：
1.2026 年毕业，计算机、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历。
2.精通 Python 编程，熟悉异步编程（asyncio）、分布式通信（gRPC/Redis）与高并发系统设计，有完整后端服务开发经验。
3.掌握机器学习基础（如 Transformer 架构），熟悉 PyTorch/TensorFlow 生态，能够独立完成模型微调与推理服务部署。
