3) Professional skill & Special skill / 专业技能和特殊技能要求
具有工厂原材料采购经验
具有丰富的供应商开发管理经验
具有一定的计算机应用和数据分析能力和英语读写能力
4) Defined Competencies / 素质要求
做事认真负责不推脱，沟通简明高效，执行到位，反馈及时，能处理复杂情况的经验
