In 2015, in response to the wave of the “Internet+” era, Digital China Holdings (00861.HK) sold its distribution and systems business, and Digital China Group officially set sail as an independent entity. In April 2016, Digital China Group successfully listed on the A-share market with stock code 000034.SZ.
