公司成立于2023年5月，是一家专业研究、生产鲜泡小叶酸菜、“脆爽酸菜+”调味品预制菜系列的现代化生物科技型发酵食品加工企业。公司成立至今，已累计投入3000余万元，用于基础设施完善、环保设施改造、净水系统搭建及设备购置、厂房翻新改建、生产设备配套升级等。在师宗县大同街道、园区管委会等各级地方政府的大力支持和帮助下，2023年9月得以顺利投产。公司预计年产值4000万元，创造就业岗位38个，带动就业人员110余人。年收购农户产品4500多吨，间接带动了350多户农户种植小叶芥菜，积极响应国家政策号召，助力国家三农发展。我们的核心技术是“乳酸菌发酵技术”，有着21年的技术沉淀。品研方面我们联合国家产研团队，与四川“高福记”进行战略合作，共同研发专用生物乳酸菌，唤醒酸菜传统发酵自然风味，用现代微生物技术再造传统美味。
