1、核心模块开发与维护：负责泛微协同管理平台核心模块（重点：流程引擎、表单引擎、门户引擎、组织权限中心、消息中心、财务管理、采购管理等）的后端需求分析、设计、编码、测试与上线维护。
2、高性能与高可用保障：优化现有系统性能，解决高并发、大数据量下的性能瓶颈，设计并实现高可用、可扩展的分布式系统架构，保障平台服务SLA。
3、复杂业务逻辑实现：深入理解企业复杂业务流程（如多级审批、条件路由、会签、加签、代理、动态表单规则、跨系统数据同步），并设计高效、可靠、易维护的代码实现。
4、技术难题攻关：参与解决平台在分布式事务一致性、缓存策略优化、海量数据检索、实时消息推送、安全加固等方面的技术难题。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上计算机相关专业，经验：具有中大型企业级应用系统后端开发经验，有OA、ERP、BPM、低代码平台、复杂工作流引擎等相关项目经验者高度优先。
2、架构能力：熟悉分布式系统设计理念，有微服务架构 (Spring Cloud / Dubbo) 的实际项目经验，理解服务治理、熔断降级、配置中心等概念。
3、中间件：熟练掌握 Redis (集群、持久化、应用场景)、消息队列 (RabbitMQ/Kafka/RocketMQ) 的使用及原理。
4、性能优化：有实际的高并发、大数据量场景下的系统性能调优经验（JVM调优、SQL优化、缓存策略、异步化等）。
5、问题解决：具备独立分析和解决复杂线上问题的能力。
