(holding 51% shares) and Liuzhou Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. (holding 49% shares). The company was established on July 1, 2009, and is located in the scenic Yanghe Industrial New District of Liuzhou City, covering an area of 500 mu. The company's "Annual 350,000 tons of high-precision and high-performance aluminum and aluminum alloy plate and strip project" has a total investment of 3.68 billion yuan, with a total annual production capacity of 350,000 tons and an annual output value of nearly 10 billion yuan. The first phase investment of 2.598 billion yuan has been completed, with a capacity of 200,000 tons per year. The first phase mainly includes three production plants (melting and casting plant, hot rolling plant, cold rolling and finishing plant) and one utility plant. The main equipment of the melting and casting plant includes 2 sets of 75t melting and holding furnace groups, 1 set of 75t semi-continuous casting machine, 2 sets of 50t melting and holding furnace groups, 1 set of 50t semi-continuous casting machine, and sawing and milling machines; The main equipment of the hot rolling plant includes a 3300 mm hot roughing mill and a four-stand 2850mm hot finishing mill train, which is currently the first hot continuous rolling production line in China with independent intellectual property rights and the widest roll surface; The main equipment of the cold rolling and finishing plant includes: 1 2800mm four-high non-reversing cold rolling mill, 1 2300mm six-high non-reversing cold rolling mill, 6 aluminum coil annealing furnaces, as well as edge trimming and recoiling machines, edge trimming cleaning and recoiling machines, recoiling cleaning machines, tension leveling machines, grinding machines, etc. The company's leading products are ultra-wide-width transportation materials (mainly used for railway coal trucks, containers, oil tankers, automobiles, ships and other transportation industries), as well as building decoration and packaging materials. The company has hired a number of well-known technical experts and academic leaders in the domestic aluminum processing industry, and has established positions for "Eight Gui Scholars" and specially appointed experts.
