岗位职责：
1、负责Flutter平台的应用软件的设计、开发和维护
2、负责Flutter应用的性能优化、架构优化、稳定性优化
3、能够独立解决复杂的技术问题，提升产品质量和用户体验
4、能够与产品、设计、后端等团队协作，保证项目的高效交付
5、参与部分Android项目开发
岗位要求：
1、3年以上移动端开发经验，1年以上Flutter开发经验
2、熟悉Android程序设计，掌握系统基本原理和机制，懂得部分iOS优化经验
3、熟悉Dart和Kotlin语言，有良好的编码风格和规范，能够编写高质量的代码
4、熟悉Flutter常用的开源框架和组件，如Provider, GetX, CachedNetworkImage等
5、有过音视频通话、IM消息等相关项目经验者优先
6、有GitHub主页或者技术博客相关者加分
