3、熟练掌握 Linux 常用运维命令，具备一定的计算机网络知识
4、熟练使用主流关系型 / 非关系型数据库、常用中间件，具备调优及日常运维实操经验
5、熟练使用各类 AI 辅助开发工具，熟悉大模型应用研发流程，具备Agent智能体开发、Skill工具编排及RAG知识库构建能力，能够基于各类大模型API实现业务智能化改造；
6、具备一定的模块设计与文档撰写能力，能够独立输出技术方案、开发文档，绘制业务流程图、架构图等；
7、具备良好的自我管理与学习能力，良好的沟通协作意识，工作积极主动，有较强的团队合作精神，对技术有持续的热情与钻研意愿，能够适应长期稳定的软件开发工作；
8、符合以下条件者优先考虑：
① 具备网络安全相关行业经验；
② 具备Agent 智能体、自定义 Skill 工具集、智能任务编排落地项目经验优先。
