任职要求：
1、学历与专业：本科及以上学历，设计类相关专业（视觉设计、交互设计、工业设计等）优先。
2、技能要求：熟练使用 Figma、Sketch、Axure 等设计工具，具备视觉设计与交互设计双重能力。
3、经验要求：5年及以上相关工作经验，有完整产品设计落地案例，能独立完成从需求到上线的设计工作。
4、核心能力：具备用户思维，能理解业务需求并转化为设计方案；有良好的审美、逻辑思维和沟通协调能力。
