The official website of Jiangxi Television is a comprehensive online media based on the resources of Jiangxi Television, integrating news, program information, variety shows, film and television, pictures, and interactive services, with audiovisual and interactive features. Jiangxi Television Network Media Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned company recently established by Jiangxi Television to develop new media, responsible for the operation of the official website of Jiangxi Television and the development and operation of new media products of Jiangxi Television. It is now recruiting professional and technical personnel for the following positions.
Recruitment procedures are as follows:
1. Application registration: Online registration is adopted. 3. Online test: Qualified applicants after resume screening will be notified to take an online network test. 4. Interview: Qualified applicants after the online test will enter the interview. If the number of interviewees for a position is less than 3, the recruitment for that position will be canceled. The full score for the interview is 100 points, and a score of 60 is considered qualified. The interview score is counted as 40% of the total score. The interview time and location will be notified via email.
5. Written test: Qualified applicants after the interview will enter the written test. The written test is a closed-book examination. The full score for the written test is 100 points, and a score of 60 is considered qualified. The written test score is counted as 60% of the total score. The time and location will be notified separately.
6. Second interview: For each recruitment position, the top three candidates based on total score from high to low will enter the second interview. Based on the second interview scores from high to low, candidates for physical examination and investigation will be determined at a 1:1 ratio for the recruitment position.
7. Employment: Those who pass the physical examination and investigation will undergo a probation period according to relevant regulations. After passing the probation period, they will be employed by the station and enjoy the same treatment as other staff of the station.
