岗位职责：
1、计划制定与执行：负责需求、生产、物料及产能计划的全面编制、检查、下达与监控，确保各层计划有效衔接与落地。
2、交付保障与协调：密切监控生产进度与供需平衡，主动应对需求波动、物料延迟等异常，及时调整计划，确保订单按时交付。
3、订单交期管理：负责新订单/变更订单的交期评审与回复，提供可靠承诺。
4、库存管理与优化：制定并维护安全库存标准，定期清理呆滞物料，监控库存水位与结构，推动库存周转率持续改善。
5、数据分析与持续改进：定期分析关键交付指标（如OTD、库存周转等），制定系统性改善方案并推动实施落地，形成闭环。
6、体系建设与信息化：参与建立并完善公司PMC管理体系，推动信息化项目落地，提升计划工作的数据化与流程标准化水平。
7、跨部门协同：与销售、生产、采购、质量、工程等多部门紧密合作，高效协调解决各类跨部门交付问题，促进信息流通与协同效率。

任职要求：
1、全日制本科及以上学历，供应链管理、物流管理、工业工程等相关专业优先。
2、3年以上中大型制造企业生产计划、物料计划或供应链计划相关工作经验，有半导体或电子行业经验者优先。
3、精通MRP原理及其在制造业的实际应用。
4、熟练使用Office办公软件，尤其擅长使用Excel进行数据处理与分析。
5、具备ERP系统操作经验，熟悉鼎捷系统者优先考虑。
6、自我驱动，结果导向，对问题闭环有强烈的责任感，具备持续学习和自我迭代的意愿与热情。
