Beijing Yizhuang City Services Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yizhuang City Services") was established in 2005 and is a second-level subsidiary of Yizhuang Holdings. Guided by the strategic direction of Yizhuang Holdings as an "Industrial New City Operator," Yizhuang City Services focuses on building a full-factor asset operation platform and a smart property management service platform, committed to developing into a domestically influential "innovative city service provider." Currently, the company employs over 1,500 staff and has been selected as one of the "Top 500 Comprehensive Strength Property Service Enterprises in China" for four consecutive years, ranking 185th in 2022. Yizhuang City Services takes basic property services, value-added property services, and park operation services as its core businesses, having formed a relatively complete service chain. The company holds a first-class property service qualification, and its management system complies with certifications in quality, environment, occupational health and safety, information security, and energy management. The full-factor asset operation platform has been recognized as one of the first batch of national "Innovation China" innovation bases; the Biomedical Park is a national * industrial property standardization demonstration project; five projects including Yicheng Science and Technology Center are Beijing municipal second-level safety standardization demonstration projects; Yicheng International Center has obtained the first certification in China for green operation of equipment and facilities in office buildings under the standards of the China Property Management Institute; six commercial buildings including Longsheng Industrial Park and four industrial parks have been awarded the title of Beijing's first batch of demonstration commercial buildings for domestic waste sorting. Currently, the company operates 17 park operation projects with a business area of nearly 1 million square meters, and 63 property service projects with a service area exceeding 10 million square meters, covering various property types such as office buildings, industrial plants, industrial parks, residential areas, apartments, and government public facilities, equipped with standardized property service system and smart management system.
