岗位职责：
1、参与业务需求分析和产品设计；
2、实现业务系统的后端服务，并和产品经理紧密配合，确保系统按时上线并且功能完备；
3、持续完善并维护产品服务，不断提升服务性能和稳定性；
4、独立负责ERP系统某一业务模块的软件开发和后期维护工作，保证系统的稳定性。
任职要求：
1.拥有计算机科学或相关领域的本科及以上学历，具有至少3年以上的软件开发经验。
2.精通至少一种主流编程语言（如Java、Python、PHP等），并具备跨平台、多领域的开发能力，具备良好的编程习惯。
3.熟悉关系型数据库SQL SERVER, MYSQL和非关系型数据库Redis的开发。
4.熟悉常用的前端技术，如HTML、CSS、JavaScript、Vue等，了解前后端交互原理。
5.熟悉Linux操作系统，了解基本的服务器配置和部署。
6.了解敏捷开发方法论，能够有效实施和优化迭代开发流程。
7.具备良好的团队管理能力和沟通能力，保障项目按时按质完成。
8.具备较强的责任心和抗压能力，能够在高强度的工作环境中保持高效执行力。
