川投（泸州）燃气发电有限公司（以下简称“公司”）是由四川川投燃气发电集团有限责任公司（90%）和中国电力工程顾问集团西南电力设计院有限公司（10%）共同出资组建，2022年8月8日在四川省泸州市注册成立，注册资本8亿元，主要负责川投泸州天然气发电项目的建设及运营。公司川投泸州天然气发电项目于2022年9月29日取得四川省发展和改革委员会《关于川投泸州天然气发电项目核准的批复》（川发改能源〔2022〕568号），2023年7月开工建设，2025年5月30日，1号机组168小时试运行圆满完成，正式投入生产运营。计划于2025年11月底实现双机投产。
