（3）需具备微服务项目实战经验
（4）具备良好的需求理解和分析能力，具有良好的团队合作精神，能承受较强的工作压力，能够根据设计文档快速、高效的完成方案准备及处理；
（5）计算机及相关专业，具有商业银行供应链项目的实施经验。
