2017年11月,公司名称由“新疆城建集团股份有限公司”更名为“卓郎智能技术股份有限公司”。英文名称由“XinjiangUrbanConstructionGroupCo.,Ltd.”变更为“SaurerIntelligentTechnologyCo.Ltd.”。
