茂名市凯跃特种油剂有限公司是以生产石油化工产品为主，兼营国内外石化产品釆购和销售业务的能源化工企业，也是首批在茂南开发区工业园建厂的民营企业，成立于2002年12月19日。现有员工35人。公司在茂南经济开发区征有土地10887.3平方米，投资3000多万元，通过二十年的建设和发展，已经建成较完整的燃料油、低硫环保船用燃料油生产系统装置、脂肪酸装置、特种蜡装置、白矿油装置、润滑油装置、润滑脂装置等六套生产装置。主要产品有:低硫环保船用燃料油、普通燃料脂肪酸、沥青调质剂、橡胶软化剂、特种蜡、润滑脂等产品，年生产能力20万吨。现在公司已初具规模，有厂房、罐区和土地，配套的安全、消防、环保、储运和公用工程比较完善.
