2、具备扎实的编程基础，精通java开发语言，熟悉主流java框架，spring mvc,spring boot，spring cloud，mybatis等核心技术；
3.熟悉java网络编程，如tcp，http等
4.精通java基础，对多线程，高并发，反射有深刻得认识
5、熟练使用Redis，kafka，Nginx，shell等。
6、勤奋耐劳，强烈的工作责任感和优秀的执行力
7、熟练操作linux操作系统，熟练使用oracle，mysql等关系型数据库或者大数据组件等。
8、有金融领域开发经验，*好有存款、贷款、核算、支付、网贷项目经验，愿意长期被培养发展的优先；
