岗位职责
1、负责版本内包括但不限于系统/场景/关卡/活动/交互等内容模块的功能实现，确保体验一致性与可拓展性；
2、主导系统功能的设计、开发与性能优化，推动系统工程模块化与可维护性；
3、协助策划落地新玩法创意，快速迭代并验证体验效果。

岗位要求
1、熟练运用各类AI 工具与 AI Agents，形成高效的AI工作流，加速从想法到交付的全过程；
2、计算机相关专业本科或以上学历；
3、2年及以上游戏开发工作经验，熟练使用Unity引擎；
4、有良好的代码规范意识与工程思维，能独立承担模块设计与开发；
5、始终关注并学习*新的优秀开源方案，具备出色的工程实践能力；
6、具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够在多人协作环境下高效推动项目进展。

加分项
1、有3D射击游戏或大世界游戏开发经验者优先；
2、具备完整的项目开发和上线经验，了解游戏发布流程者优先；
3、熟悉Unity性能分析工具，对DrawCall、GC、内存管理等有优化实践；
4、对AI辅助开发、游戏自动化测试、自动化构建等新方向有探索者优先。
