工作职责
1. 负责IoT云台相关业务的需求分析、功能设计及核心代码开发；
2. 主导软件系统整体架构设计，制定合理技术路线，确保系统在高并发、高可用场景下的稳定性与可扩展性；
3. 参与制定开发规范与技术标准，编写需求、设计、测试等相关技术文档；
4. 承担核心技术难题攻关，持续进行系统性能优化，包括数据库调优、接口响应优化及高并发架构优化；
5. 负责团队代码质量把控，定期组织代码评审，推动技术沉淀与通用能力复用。
任职要求
1. 熟练掌握Java、Go语言开发；
2. 熟悉Spring Boot/Spring Cloud等主流框架，具备微服务架构设计与开发经验；
3. 熟悉Go语言及常用Web框架（如Gin、Go-zero等），了解微服务架构及相关生态组件；
4. 了解PHP后端开发优先；
5. 深入理解MySQL、Redis、Elasticsearch等存储组件，具备较强的数据库设计和优化能力，能够根据业务场景合理选型与规划；
6. 具备一定前端开发能力，能够独立完成后台管理面板的开发与维护；
7. 熟悉Linux环境及常用命令，具备服务器日常运维能力，包括应用部署、日志分析、监控告警配置等；
8. 有直播推流、流媒体服务、AIoT平台开发或性能优化经验者优先。
