5、负责项目开发过程中的过程流程图、FMEA,工序作业指导书、防错清单等文件制作；
6、负责组织项目开发过程中的问题点分析改善，设计经验总结等；
7、负责工序自动化的方案评审；
8、负责模具工装清单和工序防错的评审；
9、依据公司流程体系积极提出持续改进方案。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，机械制造或模具相关专业；
2、至少5年以上产品研发经验，其中至少包含3年以上在汽车零部件行业的经验；
3、熟练运用2D/3D软件，能熟练使用UG，office办公软件，熟悉IATF16949质量体系。
