工作职责:
1、参与公司自主产品及项目研发，进行软件系统框架、核心模块和对外接口的详细设计，参与核心代码的编写和维护工作；
2、负责核心模块的详细设计、编码、单元设计；
3、有良好的 Java技术功底，熟悉后端服务开发；
4、有良好的编码习惯,要求结构清晰,命名规范,逻辑性强,代码冗余率低；
5、参与项目的模块概要设计、编码实现、单元测试、系统整合测试，分析并解决软件开发过程中的问题，确保开发模块安全、高质量、性能良好；
6、产品上线后，配合运维保障平台的稳定，解决相关技术问题；
7、协助并完成其他各类技术开发任务。
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历，实际5年以上的JAVA软件开发经验;
2、具备扎实的 Java基础，对 SpringMVC/ Spring、 MyBatis等开源框架熟悉，并能了解它的原理和机制；熟练应用SpringBoot、SpringCloud、MyBatis等主流WEB框架技术;
3、熟悉Mysql等关系型数据库开发，有数据库设计能力，以及非关系性数据库以及性能调优；
4、有从0到1构建ToC项目的开发经验以及设计架构经验。具有设计文档的撰写能力；
5、具有良好的抽象设计能力，思路清晰，善于思考，能独立分析和解决问题，责任心强，有较强的学习和沟通能力，良好的团队协作精神，极强的责任心，工作踏实、勤恳，有钻研精神；
6、有大型网站、APP、小程序后端构建经验优先;
7、已经或者愿意使用AI编程辅助工具，有AI项目开发优先。
