岗位职责：
1、负责DFT整体架构规划和实现
2、熟练使用SMS，Tessent等工具实现DFT设计，包括Scan Insertion、MBIST Insertion、Boundary Scan等
3、负责DFT Pattern产生、仿真和验证
4、协助设计、综合和后端工作，协作完成DFT相关的SDC、STA和面积功耗评估等工作
5、协助完成机台调试工作
岗位要求：
1、具有微电子/计算机/电子信息等相关专业背景，本科及以上学历，五年以上DFT工作经验。
2、能够独立规划DFT测试架构以及测试方案，有全芯片DFT设计经验者优先
3、掌握/熟悉脚本语言tcl，python等其中的一种或多种
4、熟练使用Synopsys和Mentor等主流的DFT EDA工具，参与过DFT自动化流程和平台开发等工作者优先
