职位描述：
1、负责系统的开发、编写与维护以及文档的整理；
2、负责运行的日常维护及功能的完善和二次开发；
3、系统需求分析与设计，制定接口规范并完成核心功能PHP代码实现；
4、能独立负责项目后端，参与技术方案选型，包括框架选型，缓存模型设计以及线上运维；
5、负责数据库的应用开发与管理维护，协调数据库设计，保证符合数据库设计规范和性能需求；
6、负责公司旗下项目现有功能的维护、新功能的研发；
7、负责APP接口开发，与项目负责人进行数据对接以及数据整合。
任职要求：
1、本科3年以上服务端开发经验；
2、掌握 PHP 语言，掌握ThinkPHP框架；对OOP有较为深入的认识，掌握常用设计模式；
3、要求能力独立编写前端界面，熟练掌握VUE等前端技术；
4、要求熟练掌握phyton。
5、熟悉 Memcache，Redis，Mongodb 等常用 NoSQL解决方案，了解各自的优缺点及使用场景；
6、熟悉 MySQL 数据库，掌握 MySQL 索引优化、查询优化和存储优化；
7、掌握至少一种常用的消息队列中间件 RabbitMQ、RocketMQ、Nsq、Kafka，并能够设计出可靠的消息服务；
8、有大型网站项目经验以及高并发系统设计和开发相关经验（架构设计、缓存设计、数据迁移与同步、一致性方案等）优先；
9、具有丰富的系统重构与代码审查经验者优先
