Baoding Changcheng Kindergarten, established under the support of China's largest pickup truck and SUV manufacturer, Great Wall Motor Co., Ltd., is a high-standard, high-quality, internationalized boutique kindergarten. The kindergarten has a building area of 13,000 square meters, standard configuration for 24 classes, with more than 800 students currently enrolled. It opened in 2014 and is now at full capacity. We plan to open 3 branch kindergartens in the coming years. Baoding Changcheng School is a high-end private full-time nine-year consistent school (grades 1-9). The school covers an area of 101 mu (approx. 6.7 hectares), with a building area of 80,000 square meters, including 48 primary school classes and 24 junior high school classes, accommodating 3,360 students. The school officially opened in September 2016. To meet the growing demand for teachers due to the expansion of the kindergarten and school, we are now recruiting early childhood teachers, subject leaders, and teachers for primary and junior high school levels nationwide on a long-term basis. I. Salary and Benefits: 1. Annual salary for fresh graduates is 45,000-90,000 RMB; experienced teachers earn 80,000-150,000 RMB; subject leaders earn 120,000-250,000 RMB. Excellent teachers with 5+ years of experience and experienced teachers from well-known national schools, after passing the interview, can receive a 20%-30% salary increase based on their original school salary. Additionally, annual salary adjustments are made based on performance assessments. Outstanding performers will receive additional bonuses. 2. We provide five social insurances and one housing fund (welfare), with an additional annual payment for major medical insurance. We also offer holiday benefits for Women's Day (March 8th), Mid-Autumn Festival, Teachers' Day, and New Year's Day. 3.
