Chongqing Shili Highway Development Co., Ltd. was established in 1992 and was originally an enterprise under the Chongqing Highway Administration. In 2004, it completed restructuring. The company has a registered capital of 80.5 million yuan and holds qualifications including Grade I General Contracting for Highway Engineering Construction, Grade II General Contracting for Municipal Public Works Construction, and Grade III General Contracting for Building Construction. It has obtained Grade I Work Safety Standardization certification. Its business scope covers diversified operations such as highways, bridges, tunnel engineering, highway maintenance engineering, municipal public works, municipal maintenance engineering, port wharves, airport construction, real estate development, building construction, and construction machinery and equipment leasing.
The company currently has more than 300 employees, including more than 200 engineering and technical personnel, more than 20 with senior professional titles, more than 80 with intermediate professional titles, and 18 First-Class Constructors. He has also been appointed as a supervisor of the Private Enterprise Rights Protection and Complaint Center of the Chongqing Municipal People's Government. The general manager currently serves as a member of the 14th Yubei District CPPCC.
