‌跨团队协作与流程落地‌：
协调软件开发、测试及硬件团队，推动IDE工具与CI/CD流程、HIL/SIL测试的集成‌。
解决跨平台兼容性、性能调优等技术难题，输出技术文档并支持团队技术培训‌。

‌二、任职要求‌

1. 核心技术能力‌

‌编程与工具链‌：
精通至少一门编程语言（C/C++、Java、Python、Go），熟悉VSCode插件开发框架及底层技术（编译器前端、调试器）‌。
熟悉CLANG/LLVM框架、Git版本控制及持续集成（CI/CD）流程，有编译器优化或AI工具链集成经验者优先‌。

‌系统架构‌：
具备Autosar AP/CP工具链架构设计经验。
了解深度学习框架（TensorFlow、PyTorch）及AI模型在IDE中的应用场景‌。

‌2. 项目经验‌
5年以上IDE工具或开发框架设计经验，主导过复杂工具链（如代码生成器、云原生IDE）的架构设计与核心模块开发‌。
有AI集成、低代码平台或汽车电子领域工具链开发经验者优先‌。

‌3. 教育背景与软性能力‌
统招本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、~电子工程等相关专业‌。
具备系统性思维和跨部门协作能力，能快速定位技术瓶颈并推动解决方案落地‌。

‌三、优先条件‌
熟悉云原生开发（Kubernetes）或分布式计算框架，有开源项目贡献经验者优先‌。
具备功能安全（ISO 26262）认证或AI模型端侧部署经验者优先‌。
