Puhua Basic Software Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Puhua Basic Software), established in 2008, is an important platform for developing basic software, invested and established by China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (hereinafter referred to as CETC) based on national strategic requirements and by integrating the Group's advantageous resources. Its registered capital is 394 million RMB.
Puhua Basic Software, with the mission of "Serving the national strategy, creating user value, and adhering to independent innovation," focuses on the research and development and industrialization of domestic operating systems. It is committed to technological innovation in the fields of IT general-purpose basic software and OT automotive basic software, aspiring to become the most influential basic software enterprise in China.
With the guidance of various national ministries and commissions and the support of CETC, Puhua Basic Software has repeatedly led and participated in more than 20 national projects, forming a full-platform domestic independent operating system with internationally advanced level. It has gathered authoritative domestic operating system experts and senior technical personnel, providing operating-system-centric platform-based basic software solutions, including embedded operating systems, general-purpose operating systems, and cloud operating system products and services.

These support architectures such as X86, ARM, and SW64, and include domestic chips such as Kunpeng, Shenwei, and Hygon, meeting application requirements in multiple fields such as informatization infrastructure, office systems, management systems, business systems, and production operation systems. It also launches Puhua Cloud Operating System, Puhua Virtualization Software Platform, Integrated Operation and Maintenance Monitoring Platform, and High-Availability Cluster products.
In the field of automotive basic software, Puhua Basic Software independently develops products such as Puhua Lingzhi Vehicle Control Operating System and Puhua Lingsi Intelligent Driving Operating System, providing domestic vehicle manufacturers and Tier-1 suppliers with full-lifecycle toolchains for automotive software design, development, configuration, integration, testing, localized one-stop services, and ecosystem support for automotive chips.
Puhua Basic Software joined the international AUTOSAR organization in 2010, is an AUTOSAR Senior Partner in China's basic software field, serves as the Vice Chairman unit of the Software Branch of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, is a domestic automotive electronics software enterprise that has passed ASPICE Level 3 certification, and is the first domestic enterprise to pass TÜV Rheinland ISO 26262 ASIL D highest-level product certification.
