3.熟悉SpringBoot、Spring Cloud、SpringMVC、MyBatis等服务框架。
4.熟悉 Redis、消息队列（如 RabbitMQ、Kafka）的使用，有解决高并发场景的经验优先。
5.熟悉主流数据库Oracle、Mysql，能快速定位问题并实现sql优化，有数据库设计经验。
6.熟练使用IDEA、Eclipse、Maven、Git等开发工具。
7.有微信、支付宝端等移动端接口开发经验。
8.工作积极主动，具备良好的职业素养、良好的沟通能力和良好的团队合作意识和较强的抗压能力。
9.规范化的代码编写习惯，较强的需求理解能力，良好的测试习惯与总结习惯。
