1. 深入理解产品业务目标和领域模型，主导业务中台的能力抽象与边界划分，设计可复用的业务组件和服务化接口，支持多业务线快速迭代
2. 负责项目核心模块的详细设计和编码工作组织代码评审，制定详细的开发计划和跟踪执行
3. 负责制定项目的技术解决方案和设计评审解决项目中遇到技术难点
4. 参与分布式系统架构设计，保障系统具备高并发、高可用、弹性扩展能力，支持业务规模化增长

任职要求
1. 5年以上Java开发经验，精通Spring Boot/Cloud、MyBatis等框架源码级原理，具备高并发、分布式系统架构设计经验，具备一定的Python编写能力，掌握Go等其它多语言者优先
2. 熟练使用Redis、Kafka/RocketMQ、Mysql等中间件，并且深入理解原理和各种使用场景
3. 熟悉云原生技术栈（Docker/K8s），具备微服务治理落地经验
4. 主导过技术规范制定、公共组件开发或开源项目优化，具备跨团队技术方案推动能力
5. 具备业务中台化设计能力：精通领域建模、服务拆分策略，有复杂业务系统中台重构或能力沉淀成功案例者优先
