陕西达美轮毂有限公司成立于2018年8月31日，由江苏悦达集团、江苏苏美达集团、铜川市产业合作发展基金共同出资成立。作为苏陕对口合作的重点项目，项目自成立以来就备受两地政府、三方股东及社会各界的广泛关注。项目所在地位于铜川市耀州区董家河循环经济产业园，总体规划年产铝合金车轮600万只，总投资10亿元。公司目前处于建设期，预计2019年年底前进行试生产，建成后将主要为陕西周边主机厂生产乘用车提供配套，也为国内外改装车市场供应轮毂。
