一、岗位职责
1.负责核心Java后端业务开发，基于微服务架构完成业务模块设计、接口开发、数据库建模、功能迭代与性能优化，保障系统高可用、高并发、高稳定性运行；
2.负责微服务体系建设，参与服务拆分、网关路由、服务注册发现、配置中心、熔断限流、分布式事务治理，规范后端开发流程与代码规范；
3.负责业务数据处理、接口联调、通用组件封装，持续优化系统架构、接口性能与业务逻辑，提升系统可扩展性与可维护性；
4.负责大模型业务应用的后端工程化落地，参与大模型业务适配、Prompt工程、上下文管理、对话服务封装与输出校验工作；
5.负责RAG检索增强系统后端开发，搭建知识库解析、文本处理、向量检索、语义召回、问答增强体系，提升大模型回答准确性与实时性；
6.负责AI Agent智能体编排与任务调度开发，实现工具调用、任务拆解、流程编排、记忆管理、多轮自动化执行，支撑智能化业务场景落地；
7.跟进AI前沿技术，推动业务智能化升级；负责服务部署、线上运维、问题排查与版本迭代。

二、任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，3年及以上Java后端开发经验，计算机相关专业优先；
2.扎实的Java基础，熟练掌握面向对象编程思想、常用Java类库，精通Spring、SpringBoot、SpringCloud主流微服务框架；
3.熟练掌握MySQL、Redis等常用数据库与中间件，具备索引优化、慢查询调优、事务处理、高并发场景优化能力；
4.了解Transformer、BERT、GPT等大模型基础架构，熟悉开源模型优先；
5.具备RAG、知识图谱、AI Agent智能体编排、工具调用、任务调度相关后端落地经验者优先；
6.具备良好的逻辑思维、需求理解能力和团队协作能力，能独立推进项目开发，抗压能力强。
