岗位职责
- 深入理解并充分利用该 SoC 内的 DSP 资源
- 在 DSP 上开发并优化高性能 FFT 及相关频域处理算法
- 实现 FMCW 信号处理链路中的时域 / 频域算法（混频、拍频提取、距离-多普勒处理、加窗、滤波、峰值检测等）
- 针对 DSP 架构进行深度优化（SIMD / VLIW 并行、定点化、流水线、内存与带宽优化），*大化吞吐与实时性
- 使用 Tensilica 工具链（如 Xtensa Xplorer）进行开发、仿真、profiling 与性能调优
- 与算法、固件及 SoC 原厂团队协作，完成算法在 SoC 上的集成、验证与联调
任职要求
- 电子、通信、信号处理、数学等相关专业本科及以上学历
- 2 年以上 DSP 算法开发经验
- 熟悉 DSP 体系架构与编程，有 Tensilica / Xtensa开发经验者优先
- 扎实的数字信号处理基础，精通 FFT、滤波器设计、谱估计等核心算法
- 精通 C / C++，能够阅读 / 编写 DSP 汇编或 intrinsic，熟悉定点与浮点优化
- 熟悉 SIMD / 向量化等性能优化方法
加分项
- 有 FMCW 雷达 / 激光雷达信号处理经验，熟悉距离-多普勒、相干处理等
- 了解 FMCW 激光雷达的基本原理与测距测速机制
- 有其他 DSP 平台（TI C6000 / C7000、CEVA、ADI SHARC 等）的迁移与优化经验
- 熟悉 MATLAB / Python 算法建模与定点化流程
