一、职位描述
1. 负责公司移动端产品（Android + iOS + React Native）的核心功能开发、迭代与性能优化，保障产品在多机型 / 系统版本下的稳定性和流畅性；
2. 基于 React Native 框架搭建跨端组件库，推动 Android/iOS 两端体验一致性，降低跨端开发成本；
3. 参与移动端技术方案设计，解决 Android 原生（Java/Kotlin）、RN 跨端、WebView 交互等核心技术问题；
4. 与产品、设计、后端团队协作，高效完成需求落地，持续优化用户体验和代码质量；
二、任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，2 年及以上移动端开发经验；
2. 精通 Android 原生开发：熟练掌握 Java/Kotlin、UI 绘制、网络请求、性能优化等核心技术；
3. 精通 React Native 开发：熟练使用 RN 生态（Redux/MobX、React Navigation、第三方原生模块封装），能独立解决 RN 与原生交互、页面性能、兼容性问题；
4. 具备良好的代码规范和工程化思维，熟练使用 Git、Gradle/Maven 等工具；
5. 具备独立分析和解决问题的能力，能快速定位并修复 Crash、ANR、内存泄漏等常见移动端问题。

三、加分项
1. 熟悉 iOS 原生开发（OC/Swift），能独立完成简单 iOS 功能开发或 RN iOS 端适配；
