英德市慢性病防治医院，是政府办的承担慢性疾病预防控制的公共卫生机构，位于市区梅花北路。是英德市精神卫生中心、广东省结控办指定的结核病防治法定单位、广东省梅毒综合防治示范区梅毒诊疗中心。担负着全市人民的结核病、精神病、麻风病、皮肤病和性病的防治及监测工作。是英德市社会医疗保险定点医院。医院设有肺科、心理精神科、皮肤性病科门诊及住院部、国家药物（美沙酮）维持治疗门诊、检验科和功能检查科。编制总床位150张。
