任职要求
1、全日制本科及以上学历，计算机科学相关专业优先。211、985优先。
2、核心技术能力：精通 Java 语言，熟悉 JVM 原理、多线程、集合框架等核心知识。
3、框架与工具：熟练使用 Spring/Spring Boot/Spring Cloud、MyBatis 等主流框架。
4、数据库与缓存：熟悉隔离关系型数据库，尤其是国产化数据库。有分布式系统开发经验，了解微服务架构、消息队列等技术。
5、技能与经验：3 年以上 Java 开发经验，良好的问题解决能力和团队协作精神。另，有GO语言开发、区块链开发经验者优先。
