炭化稻壳:炭化稻壳质量标准一、固定炭含量含量：38.5～55% Regular charcoal contents: 38.5～55% 二、水分：﹤2% Water content﹤2% 叁、粒度2-5mm:粒度≤2mm不超过40% Size2-5mm:≤2mm;not exceed 40% 四、无生烧，过烧，含其他杂质等现象 五、物理特性 具有体轻，导热性低。由于其薄壳状结构，在空隙中存在静止空气形成阻隔，因此具有极为优越的保温，绝热性能。应用在冶金行业中链铸、钢水包、铁水包、连水中间罐及其他金属覆盖，保温可以减少钢材缩孔，对提高钢材的成材率极为有利。
