职位要求：
1.本科及以上学历，计算机软件相关专业毕业，6年以上研发经验
2.JAVA基础扎实，理解多线程、理解集合，排序等常规数据结构和基础算法，对JVM原理有一定的了解；
3.熟悉框架SpringBoot、Spring Cloud、Dubbo及其相关组件，包括不限于eurkea、zookeper、feign、gateway、apollo、nacos等等，有相关框架调优经验优先；
4.熟悉相关缓存、消息中间件的使用及配置，包括不限于redis、rokcetmq等
5.精通SQL，熟练使用MySQL、Oracle、PostgreSQL等数据库，并具有SQL优化能力
6.了解前沿技术，保持良好的学习能力，持续跟踪业界新技术的发展
7.认真负责、积极主动、谨慎仔细、有责任心、能吃苦耐劳、有抗压能力
8.有人力资源系统开发经验。
