本公司始建于1996年，占地面积10000平方米，原以生产铝材为主。*近开发研制多项镁合金生产技术，主要生产镁合金线材、板材，管材和各种镁合金型材。本公司采用特殊的生产工艺，生产的镁合金板材厚度误差不超过0.02毫米。生产的镁合金线材直径误差不超过0.05毫米。并可生产壁厚大于或等于1.0毫米的镁合金管材。本公司*近开发生产各种纺织机械专用镁合金型材，并自行研制镁合金专用矫直工艺装备，成功地解决了镁合金管材、型材矫直难的问题。每月可生产各种镁合金型材、管材100吨。检测标准，可参照GB—5237标准进行检测。
