-深入各个业务，在理解特性的基础上进行归纳抽象、构建技术组件和功能模块，支持各个业务快速发展；
-关注新技术发展方向并探索新技术的实际应用。
任职要求:
-本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上Java开发工作经验，有电力行业相关经验优先考虑；
-精通Java语言，有扎实的java基础，熟悉数据结构、设计模式、JVM原理及调优，掌握Java多线程编.程；
-掌握Spring框架的核心原理，熟练使用SpringBoot/SpringCloud Alibaba架构和相关组件，熟练使用Mybaits等持久化框架，熟悉分布式架构的中间件原理和使用方法；
-熟悉MySQL、PostgresQL、TDEngine等常用数据库，并具备一定的数据库性能调优能力；
-熟练使用MySql、Redis、TDEngine等常用持久化工具，并具备sql优化经验；
-熟悉主流分布式、缓存、消息等开源框架，如: MQTT、Kafka、redis、Nginx等；
-熟练使用Maven、SVN、Git,熟练使用linux命令，对docker、k8s等技术有着一定的了解；
-具备良好的解决问题能力、善于沟通、乐于合作，热衰于新技术，善于总结和分享；
-具有较强的抗压力、责任心及上进心，具备团队协作精神。
