岗位职责：
1. 根据年度软件开发计划，拟定相关软件开发工作的工作计划。
2. 依据需求分析文档、设计文档，编写开发文档并进行软件编程；
3. 组织开展外包开发人员开发代码的评审，提出相关改进建议；
4. 开展自我开发代码的单元测试，并评审其他人员的代码编写成果；
5. 分析并确认测试人员提交的测试过程缺陷，修复测试过程或生产出现的系统缺陷；
6. 协助项目组对开发、测试、第三方、预上线、生产、灾备等应用环境的安装配置；
7. 协助自动发布脚本、监控软件的开发配置、应用部署、数据准备等工作；
8. 准备上线发布内容，协助发布人员解决发布过程中的问题。
9. 参与需求评审会，对需求分析内容进行理解和沟通；
10.参与设计评审会，对设计内容进行理解和沟通；
11.完成领导交办的其他工作事项。
岗位要求：
1.统招本科及以上学历，软件工程、计算机等相关专业；
2.3年及以上软件开发或项目管理经验；
3.掌握软件开发过程标准和规范；具备项目管理、软件开发的工作基础，系统思维能力、问题解决能力、执行力；
4.需具备保险行业相关工作经验。
